The All India Incredible Chef Challenge, organised by the Culinary Forum of Goa with support from Goa Tourism, brings together the country’s most accomplished culinary talent each year. Chefs from leading hospitality brands competed across four demanding categories: Starter, Main Course, Thali and Dessert.
This year, the team from Karma Royal Palms, Goa made a remarkable impression. Chef Aaral secured Gold in the Main Course category with a dish that balanced precision with creativity. Chef Rajkumar took Silver in the Thali category, showcasing the depth and variety of Indian tradition on a single plate. In the Starter category, the honours were shared: Chef Ashish won Gold while Chef Abner earned Bronze, both recognised for their innovation and flair.


The results speak to the calibre of Karma’s culinary team—chefs who approach cooking not just as craft, but as culture. Their success at a competition of this scale affirms Karma’s commitment to excellence, while celebrating the artistry, passion and diversity that define Indian cuisine today.
