At Karma Borgo di Colleoli, Members delved into Tuscany’s most cherished culinary tradition. The four-day experience combined authentic truffle hunting with expert local guides, interactive cooking classes, and exploration of San Miniato’s historic charm. Highlights included savouring freshly discovered truffles with porcini mushrooms and enjoying the resort’s signature Karma Chianti during intimate wine tastings.
Gourmet Gaucín – Andalusia
Karma La Herriza hosted an immersive exploration of Andalusian culture and cuisine. Members savoured traditional pastries, hiked scenic mountain trails, and enjoyed authentic paella and sangria. The experience featured a mesmerising Flamenco performance and a day trip to historic Ronda, famous for its dramatic Puente Nuevo bridge. The Butler’s stunning terrace hosted an unforgettable long lunch celebrating Sydney’s summer launch. Members crafted their own spritzes before enjoying a four-course feast against the city’s skyline backdrop. Cabaret performer Cath Alcorn provided entertainment while bottomless beverages kept spirits high, creating what many called “one of our best Sydney events yet.”
Anglers’ Delight – Maldives
Aboard Karma Fushi, fishing enthusiasts experienced four days of maritime adventure. From sunrise expeditions catching barracuda and mahi-mahi to nighttime reef fishing alongside friendly lemon sharks, the journey combined thrilling catches with luxury sailing. Members enjoyed their fresh catches prepared as sashimi and curry, while snorkelling breaks revealed the Maldives’ underwater splendour.
The trip culminated in an impressive 100kg shark catch-and-release and a celebratory karaoke night – and our Best Fish winner was Michal Menestar, who won $250 in Karma Vouchers for reeling in a magnificent 7-kilogram Emperor!
