From the glittering ballrooms of Bengaluru to Bali’s ocean cliffs, Karma Group’s Annual Awards 2025 played out like a globe-trotting festival of talent, loyalty and good times – each event with its own flair, yet all sharing the same heartbeat of community.
In Bengaluru (04 Oct), the Leela Palace shimmered under the theme A Night at the Oscars. Deepita and Sasha hosted with wit and warmth as teams danced, flash-mobbed, and toasted the night away. Karma Group Chairman, John Spence, shared updates on the future of the Karmaverse before presenting long-service awards to Priti Reis Fernandes and Bharat Jain for two remarkable decades with the company.

Two days later in Goa (06 Oct), glamour met gaming at Karma Royale – a Bond-inspired soirée of blackjack tables, samba dancers and soulful sets by Raagas to Riches and DJ Ryan Nogar. Awards mingled with laughter, cocktails, and a salute to Karma’s youth initiatives through Ace Soccer Academy.

Then on 08 Oct, the spectacular limestone cliffs and Indian Ocean vistas of Karma Kandara played host to an intimate 20-year tribute at the newly unveiled Sarang Lounge. Seventeen long-serving team members were honoured beneath a pastel sunset, followed by a feast from Chef Stefan Thietz and the launch of Samudra Ganesha — a vibrant beachfront restaurant celebrating Indian coastal cuisine.
The crescendo came the next night at KarmaPalooza Bali, a clifftop music festival with over 800 guests, drummers, acrobats, and back-to-back battle of the bands. A celebration of creativity, loyalty and the people who make Karma shine.
