Good luck Catherine Thompson.
That was some crossword quiz!! Very Interesting! Boosted my knowledge of different cheese to the best of my ability. Cheese elevates culinary dishes with flavor, aroma, texture and colour. Cheese in any dish for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks i.e. from sandwiches, pasta, pizzas, dips, wraps, sauces, salads, soups, main course and desserts are my favourite.

Nice Quiz
I was really enjoying the crossword, but I can’t get it to accept what I think are the correct answers to 1 down and 10 down and I have tried all that I can do, and it won’t allow me to submit it even to find it is incorrect. The two questions I am having problems with are the smelly french cheese and the Quiche Lorraine cheese

Not as Soft as chesse .. Tough one
