Myths, Matchdays & Mouthwatering Meals

From ancient rituals to Art Deco revelry, this week’s Karma Curated experiences trace a delicious line between where we gather, what we taste, and how we celebrate together.

The journey begins this March in Melbourne, where culture takes centre stage. First we Foxtrot into the Roaring Twenties with The Great Gatsby: A Jazz Ballet Odyssey – think pre-theatre supper, rooftop drinks, then velvet seats at Her Majesty’s Theatre. The following night, Melbourne’s famous bohemian neigbhourhood Fitzroy hosts Karma’s first Melbourne Supper Club, an intimate upstairs affair of shared plates, bottomless drinks and easy conversation at Poodle Bar & Bistro.

In May, the tables turn classical in Crete, where myth and seasonality shape a Supper Club inspired by Minoan civilisation and the Eleusinian Mysteries. Ancient grains, ritual drinks and Persephone’s story unfold course by course at Karma Minoan.

June brings literary flavour to Andalusia, with a Don Quixote – inspired feast at Karma La Herriza. Expect rustic Spanish cooking rooted in the Golden Age – slow stews, Manchego and honey –  served with stories and shared curiosity.

July shifts gears as we head to legendary cricket stadium Edgbaston, where England meets India in a blockbuster One Day International (ODI). Watch it all from the famous 1882 Club: balcony views, chef-led dining and all-day hospitality.

We close out this week’s six pack lakeside in Scotland, for three autumn days of foraging, fire cooking and whisky at Karma Lake of Menteith — a final feast shaped by landscape, flame and fellowship.
