For most of us, the art of the cocktail is an obscure one, the exclusive preserve of the mixologist, with their liqueurs, tinctures and tonics and their unique blending techniques. That’s all about to change though as Karma Curated hosts exclusive cocktail masterclasses across India this May.
Things get underway in Bengaluru on 2 May at 403 Forbidden, a compact, speakeasy-style bar in Indiranagar known for its inventive menu and low-lit, conversational feel. Designed for a small group of members, this relaxed, social Saturday experience will be led by expert mixologists who will guide you through the art of crafting cocktails – from understanding flavour profiles to shaking, stirring, and creating your own drinks behind the bar. Expect a cozy, social atmosphere with unlimited cocktails throughout, complemented by a selection of curated canapés and pre-plated bites.
The following week, we move to Delhi and Barbet & Pals, one of the city’s most talked-about cocktail bars, celebrated for its inventive drinks and buzzing bar culture. Known for pushing the boundaries of mixology, Barbet sets the perfect backdrop for an afternoon dedicated to great cocktails and great company. During this hands-on experience, members will step behind the bar alongside expert mixologists, learning the art of shaking, stirring, and balancing flavours
Both editions are deliberately limited to 24 places. You’ll mix your own drinks, understand the craft behind them, and connect with other members along the way – leaving suitably buzzed of course! Stay tuned for more cities to come…

Beer & Bonfires, Holi Colours & Community
Our most recent run of Karma Curated gatherings moves from taprooms to Rajasthani city streets to sleek dining rooms and opulent oyster bars…
Hyderabad: The Febrewery Affair
February’s Hyderabad edition of our craft-beer get-togethers saw the room filling up early and staying buoyant throughout. Returning Members set the tone; relaxed, open, already at ease, while newcomers folded in like hops with barley and water. It felt less like an introduction, more like a continuation, carried by vibrant conversation and connection.
It was a great meet up with other karma members, as we stay little far from most of the Karma properties in India, such engagement parties make us feel part of Karma family, I guess once in a quarter you must arrange something like this, we are happy to give our points and be part of such events, you can even plan a weekend stay nearby for Hyd ppl, Anushri and her team is awesome. Looking forward for more such events and some activities for kids as well as it’s a family club.
– Mr. Anurag Sanjay Puranik

Great platform to meet fellow members in the town and exchange itinerary ideas on various Karma resorts.
– Mr. Gopal Krishna Bobba
We are happy karma member greatly enjoyed the afternoon spent together with other karma members, shoutout to Anushri and her team for arranging it so well remotely and making us feel closer to Karma, I guess such events should be targeted once in every quarter as well, we felt included as we can’t every time plan a long stay out but having such events make it feel engaged. Will be happy to attend something overnight or weekend stay party around Hyderabad area. Thanks once again for hosting us. Such events were real surprise to us and that’s why we except more such from you.

Pune: The Febrewery Affair
Pune’s first outing at Oi Brew House leaned into first impressions done right. A full room, steady service, and a table that never quite emptied. The craft beer flowed, as did introductions, the kind that turn quickly into future plans and friendships.

It was a wonderful and memorable gathering at The Febrewery Affair – Pune (28 Feb 2026). It was truly great meeting everyone and sharing experiences, stories, and adventures with the Karma family. Events like this strengthen connections, create lasting memories, and make the journey even more enjoyable. Looking forward to many more such inspiring meetups!

Jaipur: Holi In The Pink City
Jaipur provided the perfect setting for Holi celebrations: three days at Karma Haveli that unfolded in layers; markets and facades by day, the glow of Holika Dahan at dusk, then the explosive release of Holi itself. Colour in the gardens, music at sunset, and a puppet show that held the room’s attention before dinner was served.

Perth: Lawson Flats Partnership
In Perth, the launch at Lawson Flats was a very different kind of occasion. A larger crowd (around 120 Members in all) gathered in a heritage setting at this exclusive WA members’ club, accompanied by oysters, canapés and wine flowing throughout.
It was a very pleasant evening. I’m looking forward to being able to use the club facilities.
– Mr. Wayne Leggett
Lovely event at the Lawson Flats. Look forward to all other Events in the future
– Darlene & Tina Marron
Karen and I had a wonderful evening, we thoroughly enjoyed mingling with other members, both Karma and Lawson Flats members. The venue was great and we look forward to utilizing the restaurant and Bar when visiting Perth. A big shout out to the Karma Curated team. As always, a great deal of effort to present a great event. Thank you from Karen and I.

Perth: Member Mixer
Two days later at BrewDog West Perth, things dialled up again. Drinks, small plates, and the low hum of a room filled with Members doing what they do best – mixing, sharing experiences and making new connections.
Another great night catching up with some new members for the first time and seeing other Karma families that we know. Always a great night with hosts Charlotte, Suzie, Kirsty and Lewis. Looking forward to another event somewhere in the Karmaverse.
– Mr. Dean Barden
