Cheltenham Races: High Stakes & High Society (March 11-13)
The exclusive Cheltenham experience combined luxury and excitement with true British flair. Members kicked off with welcome goodie bags and an intimate dinner hosted by Lizzy McLean and Cameron. Day two featured a champagne breakfast with racing tips from Marc the Bookie before heading to the iconic races. Though favourites were scarce, spirits remained high as Members returned to celebrate with “Going for Gold” cocktails and a fabulous three-course dinner, swapping stories of wins and near-misses alike.
Lizzy McLean did a truly magnificent job organising this event and we all had a great time. The fact that there was a champagne reception got things off to a great start and I was especially touched to receive a goodie bag with such well thought out treats that will remind us of the event for a long time to come. I particularly loved the Cheltenham fridge magnet which will serve as a long term reminder long after we have devoured the edibles. All the special touches such as the photographer and tipster added to the pre race experience. I must also note that the food was by far the best I have ever had at Salford Hall and yet again all the little touches made it more special. I do not think we could have been better looked after in a 5 star restaurant in London.. All the staff at Salford Hall are fantastic and I sincerely hope that their managers appreciate the effort they put in and give them the credit they deserve. We will be looking forward to the next possibility and hope it will be soon. I do hope Lizzy gets to organise more fantastic curated events in Europe too.

We had a wonderful time, before and after the races. It was a great experience. Planned and executed exceptionally well. We were kept informed of any changes and we were in contact with Lizzy at all times at Cheltenham in case we got lost. Well done. Looking forward to the next curated event as we have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one that we have attended in the4 past. Well done to Lizzy and Cameron and all the staff at Salford Hall. The food was, as usual, to a very high standard.

Karma Gras (March 13-16)
Karma Kandara played host to the second annual Karma Gras, offering members the perfect balance of detox and retox in paradise. The three-day Bali extravaganza began with sunset drinks and an Indian thali experience at the Beach Shack. Activities ranged from Thai boxing and invigorating ice baths to cultural exploration at Uluwatu Temple. The highlight was undoubtedly the iconic House Of Karma Long Lunch with toes in the sand, followed by VIP treatment at Savaya nightclub, creating unforgettable memories with friends both old and new.

Single Malt, Spice & All Things Nice (March 17-19)
This spirited experience at Karma Haathi Mahal combined India’s rich culinary traditions with the craftsmanship of Paul John Whisky. The adventure began with a lively whisky quiz at Attwood’s Bar, complemented by ginger whisky highballs. Day two featured breakfast on Mobor Beach before an exclusive tour of the Paul John Distillery, where Members enjoyed tastings of five premium expressions. Culinary highlights included Chef Avijit’s whisky cooking masterclass and Chef Kundan’s spectacular four-course whisky pairing dinner, sending members home with satisfied palates and happy hearts.

The Curated Experience by Karma was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of information and culinary delights. The whiskey quiz was engaging, and the buffet dinner showcased diverse flavours. Day two’s beach breakfast and distillery tour provide fascinating insights into whiskey – making. The cooking class with the master chef was a highlight, featuring innovative dishes like fish panipuri and grilled chicken wings. The four- course dinner paired with different whiskeys was a masterpiece, with thoughtful vegetarian options included. The experience concluded with a superb breakfast, leaving us with fond memories. Thank you Karma, for an unforgettable experience. We thank Rakesh and the whole staff team who conducted the event very efficiently.
