Karma Group is proud to introduce Mandorlo, an exquisite IGT Toscana Bianco, to its growing collection of fine wines from around the world. This elegant white blend, crafted by Fattoria Montellori since 1995, showcases the best of Tuscan terroir.
Mandorlo artfully combines 50% Chardonnay and 25% Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Viognier, creating a harmonious expression of the region. The grapes are sourced from the picturesque hills of Montellori and Montalbano, where unique soil compositions of silica, limestone, sand, loam, and clay impart distinct characteristics to the wine.
Fermented in steel tanks and aged with a six-month Bâtonnage process (gently stirring the lees in the barrel to impart a richer flavour and texture) Mandorlo presents a straw yellow hue with captivating green reflections. Its bouquet is a delightful fusion of white flowers and citrus notes, promising a sensory journey with each sip that is the perfect companion whatever your Karma destination.
With an alcohol content of 12.5% and a recommended serving temperature of 10°C, this versatile wine is perfect for a variety of occasions – it’s great with starters, seafood soups, pasta and gnocchi, white meats and fish. Or perfectly chilled as a sunset tipple. Mandorlo’s limited annual production of 27,000 bottles ensures its exclusivity, making it a prized addition to Karma Group’s carefully curated cellar.
