Karma Royal Haathi Mahal just hosted a spirited Bar Takeover collaboration with Kariana – Bali’s number one mixologist and a fixture down at Karma Beach, Karma Kandara. The cocktail wizard was in town to get creative alongside our very own Joel Silveira and his team at Atwood’s Bar – together they recreated five of Kariana’s signature cocktails from his acclaimed menu:
- Karma Spice Mule: Vodka, lime juice, sugar syrup, black pepper, homemade ginger beer
- Bedugul Colada: Spiced rum, pineapple-infused rum, pandan lemongrass, pineapple juice
- Vanilla Passion: Vanilla-infused vodka Martini with passion fruit, apple juice
- Drunken Watermelon: East Indies gin, watermelon shrub, mint, soda
- The Gualoma: Tequila, grapefruit juice, guava juice, lime juice, chilli passion syrup, rose syrup, sugar syrup, and soda water
There really is something for everyone with these perfectly balanced blends, which are all exquisite variations on classics – we look forward to serving them up on your next visit!!
