Cornish Kitchens and Bavarian Peaks
From Isles of Scilly lobsters to torch-lit alpine trails, our latest Karma Curated experiences prove that exceptional travel lies in the unexpected convergence of place, palate, and profound connection…
Karma Supper Club: A Gastronomic Feast at Karma St Martin’s
The two-rosette kitchen team at Karma St Martin’s transformed local Cornish ingredients into an extraordinary five-course symphony on 28 June. Produce from the islands — including St Martin’s lobster, Cornish crab, and hand-foraged mint — received the reverent treatment they deserved, all inspired by the recipes of extraordinary self-taught British chef Nico Ladenis. Each dish arrived paired with carefully selected wines, creating harmonious flavour profiles that celebrated both land and sea with effortless finesse.

Alpine Adventures: Bavarian Nature Escape
A four day sojourn into the Bavarian Alps revealed the restorative power of mountain air and genuine human connection. Karma Bavaria was the perfect base for paddle-boating across Lake Schliersee, savouring Chef Dario’s lakeside picnics, and experiencing the rare magic of torch-lit night hiking in spectacular Spitzingsee. Forest Ranger Horst’s guided evening walk through darkened woods created those spontaneous moments of wonder that define exceptional travel experiences.
