At Karma Two Palms Beach in Koh Samui, resident DJ Alex Samotarev has mastered the art of reading the room – or in this case, the beachfront. His knack for blending genres with an effortlessly upbeat energy means the music flows naturally from lazy afternoon lounging to sunset into starlight celebration mode. Karma Two Palms Beach calendar features regular Sunset Sessions and Savage Weekends that have earned a following for good reason: exceptional food, perfectly timed happy hours, and the occasional fire show to cap off the evening.
Over in Bali, Karma Kandara operates on another level – Karma Beach is rightly regarded as one of the premiere beach clubs in the world. The resident lineup reads like a festival poster: 3iZ brings his Las Vegas background and jazz influences to create soulful progressive house sets; LuN, a Buenos Aires-born DJ who cut his teeth in Ibiza, now crafts spiritual downtempo from his Bali base; Spanish producer Fran Tinez delivers proper Balearic vibes through his Senso Recordings label; Mr. CLN, signed to heavyweight labels like Armada, seamlessly blends organic house with melodic techno; and drummer-turned-DJ Edger brings live percussion to his deep tech sets. Monthly guest DJs from Europe, Australia, and Asia keep the lineup fresh with big names through the high season period.
This 4th July, Karma Beach Bali’s K-RANCH event promises something special: 13-hour smoked wagyu brisket meets carefully curated beats from 3iZ and Mr. CLN.
