The Future’s Bright – John Spence December Dispatch

We’re delighted to have John Spence beaming in to kick off the festive season  – and this edition’s dispatch really is packed with breaking news from across the Karmaverse – and the future has never looked brighter. From breathtaking renovations to bold new destinations, 2025 is set to take luxury experiential travel to the next level.

As the low season kicks in in Europe, we’re taking advantage with renovations happening at many of our resorts. Karma Bavaria in Germany and Borgo di Colleoli in Italy are both getting stunning updates (with a creative assist from UCLA students in Tuscany!), while the enchanting Karma Château de Samary in Carcassonne continues its evolution. Karma St. Martin’s in the Isles of Scilly is set to expand, and plans are in motion for new properties in Scotland, France, and even the Canary Islands!

In India, the final phase of Karma Royal Haathi Mahal is nearly complete, while in Egypt and the Maldives, we’re looking to marry the on board experiences of Karma Karnak and Karma Fushi with land-based resorts to accommodate longer holidays. Over in Bali, Karma Kandara’s Hill Tram opens later this month, while in Koh Samui Karma Panalee is already up and running with our brand new beach club set to open on 14 January with a full moon party in the best Thai tradition!

With our increasingly popular Curated Experience programme expanding, a game-changing Karma App launching, and a 31-year legacy to celebrate, Karma is set to make 2025 yet another year for the books – full details to follow from John!

My husband and I, along with our daughter, Kylie, and Melissa, are immensely proud to be Karma Members. Since we joined in 2017, we have cherished the unforgettable experiences, memories, and friendships we’ve built. Your unwavering commitment to your company, members, and staff is a true testament to your leadership and that of your team.

The many aspects of being Karma members inspire us, especially the impact of the charities that Karma supports, which transform lives and warm our hearts. Congratulations, John, on 31 years of creating experiences, memories, and happiness for all Karma members.

    Cheers,

    1. Thank you for your heartfelt words and for being cherished members of the Karma family. Here’s to many more unforgettable moments together!

      1. Alas ! I am undone. As I am over 60 yrs old , so, your staff in GOA, INDIA did not take me as a member of Karma Group with my wife (55).

      2. The Karma Group takes great pride in creating happy and memorable experiences for our guests. It is therefore disappointing to read your feedback. Rest assured, we have forwarded it to the team for further review.

  4. I love the Chairman sessions – especially during Covid, the weekly sessions were so entertaining and encouraging! Thank you! Having been members – my husband and I – for almost eleven years, we look forward to all the experiences we will have around the world over the next years. We are very fortunate to have four friendly couples following us who first experienced Karma as our guests and then joined themselves, and to have made friends and acquaintances all over the world. We have had not only Karma holidays, but also many anniversary celebrations with family and friends in the KarmaVerse. Such a once in a lifetime opportunity! Stay who you are, John Spence and Karma… always looking for new experiences and making people happy (and making yourself happy in this way 🙂 !). Have a wonderful and successful 32nd year of Karma!

    1. Thank you for being with us for almost eleven years! We’re thrilled the Chairman sessions brought joy, and we look forward to many more years of happiness, new experiences, and global friendships!
