  2. The Co Tu tribal experience provided a great opportunity to see how some real life in the mountains inland from Hoi An. Winding mountain roads, small villages, visiting a 105 year old veteran of the struggle for independence and the ‘ American war’, crossing a river by via a narrow suspension bridge and meeting children in the communal thatched house. Then on to a mountain resort with various activities, sleeping overnight on a mattress on the floor in a thatched hut, crossbow shooting and a cable car and walk to a glass walkway with views over the hills. Quite a few steps for that part. A great local meal on the way back to end two active and fascinating days. Thoroughly recommended!
