Trouble Logging Into Karma Subito? Let’s Get You Back on Track!
Having trouble accessing the Karma Subito app? Here are a few quick fixes to common issues:
First-time user?
Don’t forget to complete a one-time registration before logging in. This step is often missed, register first to unlock full access.
Email matters
Be sure you’re using the registered email linked to your Karma Group Membership. Logging in with a different or outdated email won’t work. If you’re unsure which one’s on file, call your Karma Concierge for a quick check-up.
No verification email?
If you didn’t receive the verification link, your registered email might be inactive. Reach out to your Karma Concierge to update your contact details.
Forgot your password?
Tap “Forgot Password” to reset it. You can also use Apple or Google login if those are linked.
App not responding?
You might’ve caught us during a system upgrade. Just wait a little and try again, no action needed.
Update your contact details
Finally, to stay connected – update your contact details to ensure you don’t miss out on exclusive offers and updates at the ease of your fingertips.
