At Karma Utopia in Manali, arriving guests are greeted with buransh juice—a ruby elixir from Himalayan rhododendrons—before settling into rooms overlooking apple orchards and snow-dusted peaks. Days unfold between Old Manali’s weathered wooden homes, the 16th-century Hadimba Devi Temple, and Vashisht’s natural sulphur springs. The adventure heightens with passage through Atal Tunnel to Lahaul Valley’s dramatic landscapes.
